How important is it to you that your glans remains uncovered at all times?
Mine is prone to 'turtling', and can vanish inside the remains of the foreskin, as the cut was looser than I had thought.

Well, I am cut quite tight so my glans never "turtles in". I haven't really thought about this as it has never happened to me. I guess that I would not like it if it wasn't this way.

I have a loose cut also and that happens to me also, especially if it is cold out. Doesn't bother me at all and sometimes I kinda like it and will pull my skin down to cover the head. It will stay that way until it warms up some or I move around a lot.

My penis has shrunk some due to becoming overweight. It now turtles
on occasion as you put it.
I really don't like the feeling of the glans being covered, its
very uncomfortable for me having gone all my life without it doing
this.
I'll just have to lose some weight.

Mine's a loose cut and when flaccid the remaining foreskin may cover half but I can live with it.

I'm cut high and tight too but when sitting skin does bunch against the glans. Also, I use Man 1 Oil (check it on Amazon). Keeps the glans moist and soft so that you retain sensitivity.

I have the same problem. It started about two years ago. I thought it was to do with getting older rather that being overweight.
I absolutely hate it when it does it. (I didn't know there was a term for it) I find it quite uncomfortabe and I think it looks very ugly. I always restore it as soon as I can, but it does not always stay.
