RE: What's Cooking Today
I have 2 zucchini plants = too many ;-) So thinking of different ways to cook them. Last night was with Cream Sensations roasted garlic and parmesan sauce. Maybe tonight add some rice, chicken and cream of mushroom soup.
I already took a bunch to the local food shelf.

I have some spareribs on the BBQ right now.
When they are finished they will have been on there for about 5 hours.
Takes some time to make a delicious diner.
But I do have to admit I never BBQ in the nude ... clumsy people like me would probably have no body hair hair left after a session and full of burn marks :)
