certification

I just got an email telling me to get certified. Then I come to the site and find my certification got dropped. What's the deal with that? Is there a time limit? Did I do something wrong? Only been a short time since I went through the procedure and got approved.

There is no time limit. You have to re-certify if you change your username, individual/couple status, or gender. What did the e-mail tell you?

I changed nothing. Just an automated email advertising for certification as if I'd never done it.

Just got into the certification info and found where I was certified May 12, and then June 1 it was denied with reason stated as sign not present in one or both photos, which is not true. That makes no sense.
