RE:Favorite Outdoor Activities

In the summer I am mostly a hiker, especially because I have slowly progressing MS and I don't feel safe doing some of the more extreme things I use to do. My hikes range from multi-night textile backpacks to wandering naked hikes where I don't go very far but I use all my senses to connect with nature. I have gotten good with that meditative wanderings and really can become immersed in nature. I bike some. In the winter, I am a little more diverse but not much more - skiing (alpine and nordic) and snowshoeing, then summer things if I can get away from the snow.
