Why wear anything

Spending a few days in southeastern Florida.
Some of the swimwear I am seeing around here really makes me wonder why not just go nude since it covers so little.

If it's not a nude beach then how could they go nude? If the minimal swimsuit makes them legal, that's their only option

Skimpy clothing can be more sexy than total nudity. I thought Mary Whithouse was a Brit. It appears we are now more liberated than some.

It's a question that I have been asking for years. That swimwear certainly does not hide body image issues so why are there not more C/O beaches and pools?
