Romania is not full of nudist locations and very little any organised activity. You could do here in TN a search for other Romanian nudies and ask if they have any inside tips about nude recreation in Transilvania. In general nude recreation in RO is limited to few beaches on the coast, of which Vama Veche in the south, next to BG border, is the nicest. But they just beaches for nude sunbathing and swimming, not for any broader nude activities and recreation.
Otherwise nearest spot for 24/7 nude recreation is probably Szikssfrd in Szeged, Hungary. Nearest seaside nude resorts of more established services and 24/7 nudity are located in Croatia, so not very close to you.
