Welcome to the site. I personally do not use the chat room. You can't seem to carry on a meaningful discussion. The Forum is great for that! As to you being a newbe, I would suggest that you fill out your profile so people can know a little more about you. The next thing would be to get certified. You can do that at home using a camera with a timer. Do not ever post your certification pics in your profile.
