I haven't used pj's since I was 10 and only own them to be more presentable away from home.
Healthy laundering is of course important. I become increasingly sensitive to the perfumes and additives in most detergents. It's not like I get a rash, but rather feel like olfactory abuse. So I mix my own detergent without any scents, which also saves money.
It was introduced to me by my gf, and since 3 yr am sleeping naked or only in boxers. Medical i don't see any benefit but it feels relax and all male friends for starter it will little tricky to learn which side to move. Cheerz
This is a personal choice I believe. In my early teens, I remember sleeping with just my underwear and I started having pimples on my back which I dislike so I started sleeping with shirt and brief on. When I started my journey as a nudist 3 years ago, I started sleeping naked below the waist but with a shirt on. I also lay a towel on my bed positioned on my waist level for protection on any liquid in case of any nocturnal emissions which I changed every 3 days. For the past year, I discovered mens sleeping gowns and I switched on wearing that without underwear on. I like the feeling of being naked waist down when sleeping.
To be honest I didn't click on the link to see it. I have slept nude since I was a teenager and can't change now. I also think they are possibly dozens of other things people do that maybe they shouldn't, but life is for living. What's the saying? 'Take Chances and Only Regret the Things You Didn't Do'.
Just to add, I am a very hygiene conscious. Possibly to the point of being OCD. I couldn't live or stay anywhere without a shower, preferably one with a detachable head to ensure everything is as clean as it can be, so wherever I am nude in my home during the day or asleep in bed there are no concerns at all.
