I have upgraded, and CCBILL have confirmed the upgrade, ,even through an E-mail.

How long time does it take before I can log in as "upgraded"?

It can take a day or two (Your profile does not show as paid yet). Make sure you log out (actually log out, not just close the browser) and log back in to pick up the new status.
