since today i am certified and approved by tnbut i can not upload photos for my friendsnude oneswhy can i not do that?or must i be a paid member for uploadig photoos?

You need to log out (not just close the browser, but actually log out of the site), and then log back on. This will assign the new priviledges to your account.
