I went to an engineering school with a pretty high male:female ratio, and spent my freshman year in an all male dorm. Did I see walking to/from the showers in a towel... probably; walking around nude... no way. Girls could easily get onto the floors of our dorm and it was not unheard of for one or two to walk into the bathroom and watch the guys in the open gang showers, but I never heard of the other way around ever happening. I spent the rest of my college life living in my fraternity's house. Still nobody walking around nude.
You are of an age when male nudity was becoming much less common.
Being naked in an all male environment was just a normal part of life 50 years ago.
Outwith showers this is nothing more than one mans naked obsessed fantasy. No matter how many people say no, he will keep believing a lie that suits him. Some would call that gullible I think its more being naive as to what nudism is.
I'm also curious as to the "other" nudist websites that these topics are found.
A lot of it was on the old YMCA Naked group on Yahoo. To the best of my knowledge. the group ended when Yahoo stopped supporting groups.
Nude Sleepers Form and Freeballers Forum on Tapatalk both have some. Despite their names, they both have significant dicussion of nudity in general. The current Freeballers Forum is a restart and the history was lost.
I attended a religious college in the early 80s with alternating dorm floors for men and women. I don't remember any nudity, nor did people seem uptight about it. I think it was mainly out of consideration for potential women visitors (including overnight) that everyone kept their towel on in the room. We were a generation with naked high school gang showers, so having our own stall seemed like a step up in privacy. This summarizes how I see a lot of the US Midwestern thinking about nudity: neither or for it, but polite and considerate in terms of others' expectations.
