In front of families

I am planning my very first trip to a naturist resort. The resort is family friendly, but do allow singes. My question for the more experienced members is: How did you deal with the fact that you will be nude in front of children? I understand that my body is certainly nothing special, and that as family nudists, the children have seen more naked bodies in their short lives than I have in my entire lifetime, but the thought is still a bit......uncomfortable. Advice?

Its nothing at all. Its no different than being around adults other that kids being kids. If you dont like children you wouldnt enjoy them their. Now if you had nefarious thoughts, that would make me absolutely cringe!
I see very few children when I go. I love young children energy, makes me smile and remember when I raised mine many years ago.
What is the old saying? Youth is wasted on the young. lol

If you find yourself actually interacting with a kid, make some effort to interact with a parent as well, if only to identify them and make brief eye contact and exchange a smile. Otherwise, just realize that you are an entirely invisible part of the background to a kid.

For me...
If i do not know them i ask the parent if they are ok with the child interacting with me. Never had a no because i always check first.

The kids literally won't give a thought that everyone (including themselves) are nude. The youngest ones haven't even been taught society's rules about nudity yet. The older ones know that the resort is a safe place and are used to being nude. The teenagers are probably sitting in a chair in the shade, wrapped in a towel and glued to their phones.

Our resort is family friendly and there are several children there all summer. My only thought seeing them is "I wish my parents had taken me here when I was their age!" All of the members know who the kids are and who their parents are, so we all keep an eye out for them.

Oh....there will be nothing nefarious about it in the slightest. I will mostly avoid children, as I do normally. But, as it's my first time being nude in a social setting, it will be an adjustment to start with. Add to that the fact that there will likely be children present (it's a Saturday in the summer), makes it even more of an adjustment. I've never been casually nude in front of anyone, much less a kid. But, I guess you're all right.....they won't even notice as they're so conditioned to adult nudity. It was just something that crossed my mind as I made the reservation. Just one more adjustment to make as I acclimate to the lifestyle.

Yea, most fears stem from thinking too much. Just treat it as going to any resort that has their special rules. You just don't have to wear clothes.
