Caught in my pool
Recently, while enjoying my backyard pool, I was relaxing naked and floating on my blow-up raft. I opened my eyes when I heard noises from the neighbor's yard. I looked up and saw a man standing on my neighbor's roof and inspecting it. I know he must have seen me floating on my raft but he didn't say anything. I just closed my eyes and continued relaxing and floating in my pool. No big deal. There was no point in hiding since I had already been seen and was not doing anything wrong. If he had said anything, I would have invited him over to take a dip in the pool.
Years ago a woman and I were hiking in the Arizona desert and came upon a deep pool in the middle of a stream. We swam a bit and then climbed up on some flat rocks to dry off and enjoy the sun . A few minutes go by and we hear a group of older senior hikers walking along side a trail next to the stream . We looked up and after exchanging "hellos" we, too, laid our heads back down and listened to the hikers walk away down the trail. After we finished drying we continued our nude hike back to our cars.
Many years a go I was working for a company who installed underground cable telephone and power cables was a operator Excavator and Saber Plow as sch I had a company truck to use .We had a job in Mass. a small town I had secured a room at a resort for the term of the job about 2 months ,One hot August night I went down to the pool area It was mostly a lap pool narrow long and 3 or 4 ft deep was sitting there drinking beer in the dark and thought hell now ones around Ill just strip down and get in the pool which is what I did shortly after I heard a vice ask me how the water was looked up to see a Black lady about my age standing at the pool told her it was nice she said she was coming in told her that I was nude she said that's not a problem that was a very memeral night
I have a pretty nice secluded back yard but a few houses down a two story house at the right angle could see into my yard. But they have blackout screens on their windows so I can never tell if anyone is actually looking out that window. I always wonder if anyone has seen me from that window. Lol. In texas its ok to be naked in your backyard if someone looks over your fence and sees you then you are protected and they can actually get in trouble for breach of privacy.

I would continue doing what you're doing. Granted, it wouldn't be the same situation as a person looking over your fence, but the worst thing that could happen is that your neighbor might make a complaint. At that point, you would need to make a decision.
