New Nudist

Hi guys, I'm Matthew from Hong Kong, China. I've joined nudism lately by sleeping in nude, my parents were kind of conservative and I was quite sure that they won't like nudism, so for starters what can I do other than sleep in nude? :)
Another question is, does any of you get boners when you strip off your clothing even there's nothing erotic or sexual involved?

The more time you spend nude, the less stimulating it will be. Does your bedroom door have a lock? Use it.
