I am fairly new on this site, and I have been in the chatroom a couple of times. May be this is question belongs in another forum, but what is muting?
muting means, making that person unable to post in chat.
For 30 seconds.......there is also a hitch in the system that will mute on certain keywords or repeating words.....seen that happen many times
