More natural to sleep naked. What's the point in wearing clothes to bed. I started sleeping naked in early adolesiance. More comfortable anyway!

For me I know it just feels better. Never really considered health in sleeping naked.

I have been sleeping naked for years now. I do not get
undressed to go to bed because many mornings when I get out of bed (naked) I dont
bother to put clothing on. There are many days I do not dress at all.

Way to go as well for healthy freedom of movement, as well; nothing worse than having your testicles caught up in restrictive pajamas as you move about in your sleep, and get natural nightly erections ...yes, I speak from painful experience...
