Is there no way to create paragraphs in a Blog post?

I thought it was just me, but after looking at the blogs of a couple of friends, it seems that if one wants to write two paragraphs, one will have to write two blogs! Have I got this right??

If posting in a Blog is the same as posting in a Forum, yes you can
make paragraphs.
 At the end of the above
sentence I pressed Enter twice.
I then pressed the Space bar five
times. This is the result.

OR if you want a blank line in between, press return one more time than you would think you need to.

Ok, thanks, I'll try again. I've tried pressing "Enter" twice, three times,
four times, and five times. But I haven't tried combining
spaces with it. I'll give that a go.

hhmmmmm.... well, it seemed to work this time in the Edit screen but when I
saved it and then read it on my profile with the "Read more"
button, it's all lumped together in one huge glob.

Click on the little yellow pencil to edit. Now try what I said above.

Little yellow pencil?? The only little yellow pencil I see is here on my forum message. To edit my Blog, I'm going to My Account page and clicking on "Blog" then, on the drop down I click "My Blog" and I see three buttons. "View Blog", "Edit Blog" and "Delete Blog". Am I missing something?

Well, it was a good guess. I would think it would be the same too. And it's very similar but something about the formatting is not quite the same. But thanks for takin' a shot at it anyway.

The display also varies if you use a tablet or mobile device in mobile or desktop mode.
I did that in mobile mode I can't add line spaces but in desktop mode I can and as mentioned earlier in desktop mode you need to add an extra line return at the end of a paragraph because the formatting on the Site removes one line feed.(1 line feed).
(2 line feeds)
(3 line feeds ) using desktop mode.

I'm on a laptop running Win7 and Google Chrome. When I'm
writing a message board post in either the Forums or Groups, it's
working the way you are stating.
(2 line feed)
(4 line feed)
(6line feed)But not when I'm writing a Blog. So far,
I've not been able to create a second paragraph in my blog... no
way, no how. And here, I had to edit to make this happen. The first
time I posted, the line feeds didn't work at all. But I'm
getting off topic and talking about a post in the Forums. In a
blog, I would never be able to do what I've done here.
