The easiest way is to type up your message or blog entry and save it. Then go back and edit it. In the edit mode, the returns are more true and you can get it to look the way you wish.

Should work.
Yep.... should.... and does work in Forums and Groups.
Doesn't work in Blogs though :-(

Anyhow, I've looked at quite a few blogs, in dozens of profiles, and haven't found a paragraph break yet. So I'm realizing that I must be asking how to do something that can't be done. I'm now off to find some other of life's little mysteries to resolve. Thanks everybody, for the help.
