Beer Drinkers Nudists

We like to be naked, and we like beer, so let's share our naked beer moments with all the rest of beer loving nudists. Get nude, take a beer and tell everybody you're having one of such special moments. At the beach, at the resort, while camping, or at home; but always in the nude! Cheers

So it looks like the Fall brews are coming out now. I've seen a lot of pumpkin beers on the shelves. I have to say, I really do enjoy trying the different Fall style beers. We have a couple spots near me like Mix It Up and Grain that have multiple taps where you can try a variety of different styles of a particular type of beer.

Do you have a Fall favorite?

Most pumpkin beers don't appeal to me beyond a sample. I recently found a Pumpkin Pie Milkshake IPA by me that's delicious though, and keep going back for more. Other than that, I'm not a big Stout or Porter fan, so the winter months keep me on my usual IPA route.

I'm generally not attracted to pumpkin beers, but the other day I tried one from Shipyard Brewery and found it quite enjoyable. It only had a hint of pumpkin flavor. It was very easy drinking it.

I agree with Erik too. I'm not a fan of Pumpkin beers either. I do love the bocks coming into brew soon. I really enjoy the higher percentage IPA's too. I've never really been a fan of any particular "season" beers. Xmas or Pumkin, nor even the light summer beers. However, I do enjoy a good german pils on a hot day.

Erik likes to cause trouble!! haha In Virginia we have Bold Rock Cider. They produced a pumpkin IPA cider called Harvest Haze that is really good. Not sure if people in other states can get it or if it is only distributed here. Check them out at boldrock.com

I don't care for the pumpkin beers, but it's also Oktoberfest beer season. I built up a six-pack of one from each of six breweries (some traditional German, and some small craft) that I've been going through. Next up on the list for this weekend is the Hacker-Pschorr Original Oktoberfest. It will be drunk in the nude, of course!

Agreed! Forget the Pumpkin beers... Festbiers/Marzens/Oktoberfest beers are the best fall beers.

Not a big pumpkin beer fan although I did have the southern tier pumking finished in the rum barrels and it was actually not bad pause. Coming into my Stout season can't wait. Looking forward to the bourbon barrel-aged stouts.

I was among those that did not care for the pumpkin beer season. However, my wife asked me to brew something for her office Thanksgiving potluck party last month. I found a recipe called SMASHING Pumpkin. It is a single malt (2-row briess) single hop (Cluster) ale. It called for a tablespoon of pumpkin spice after the boil, I used a teaspoon. It was very subtle and easy to drink. The rave reviews are still coming in from her co-workers.

For me, Marzen/Oktoberfest is a favorite.
