Shorter Shorts
Return to DiscussionsSome of my gym shorts are wearing out so I ordered 2 new pair yesterday.
Since our grandson is here more and I am going less places that expect better dress, my gym shorts have seen a lot of use lately
My current supply has inseams in the 8" (20 cm) range, well above the knee but not really short.
Wanted to try something shorter so I ordered one pair with a 4" inseam and one with 5".
Will be fine at home, but don't know how it will work when I eventually get back to the gym.
Wore them for a while today. Even better than expected.
Notch on side gives a little more leg freedom.
If you put something in the pocket, it hangs below the hem.
Just like the shorts I wore many years ago.
Back then I almost always wore briefs, so i didn't get to fully appreciate how great shorts like this could be!
No underwear? You're not concerned about accidental exposure?
I love baggy shorts, generally slightly over sized so they're not tight. My wife also removed the elastic lining for added comfort.
I have had my mother in law complain because she could "see my shape" and my father in law once saw me hanging out but never mentioned it to me. My wife saw it and saw his reaction.
Nothing ever came of it. I have now purchased a quick-release changing kilt which is basically a pair of short shorts without a crotch. I'm really looking forward to trying these
