Pre covid I had regular waxings for a couple of years and have recently started again. Its happened to me a few times to varying degrees but thankfully not for a while. Its a cliche but it is something guys worry about getting a service like that. I'm assuming it's a fairly common thing?

Have never had a professional waxing so I'm sorry, I can't answer that. I'm certain that a pro has dealt with plenty of protruding penises though, so relax and go with the flow. Prostate massage is an old remedy by urologists for some prostate conditions. My dad went in for it before surgery. I had prostate issues too and had it a couple of times before having the same kind of operation my dad had.

My online friend suggested 'expressing the prostate' was pleasurable to him and included activities which resembled somewhat or included a form of ejaculation. Would you agree that the procedure you and your father both received was similar to this? Please, do elaborate!
I've read that some urologists do heavily suggest it is important to release the semen two or three times a week for the health of the prostate glands. I say, at least! But then, I only play doctor on the internet.
Ive gone twice for a whole body sugaring process ( much like waxing). I had a male doing the hair removal and eventually wound up boned both times. The urologist inserted a finger and pressed really hard on my prostate. It was not a sexually thrilling feeling. A few drops of fluid were expelled.

Having done male grooming on myself and for others, it actually helps when you firm up. When waxing you need to pull the skin taunt in order to do it right.
Oh I have had erections during waxing done bi a male and not with a female. I dont want to get in trouble with young women. But at least guys understand better what we go through when someone is touching us.
During a massage is different, I always get hard. The very personal touch of another person does it for me.

Unfortunately no male waxers in my area. Only one I ever had was in an all male San Francisco salon day before Folsom Street Fair. He was great. Loved all my genital piercings.
