Just finished fix workout of the day 20 treadmill run. Next up kettlebell strength then bike ride for more cardio. Beginning to see and feel the physical changes.

Completed upper body and core workout then 20 run today after work. Before you ask yes all done clothes free. I like my home gym set up so much I just ordered another piece of equipment. Stay tuned to see what it is.

Fell off the workout wagon last week only got one good one in early in the week gotta get back track cause I was feeling it after playing water volleyball tourney.
