Running Nudists

A group for those of us who think running is a nice way to exercise. Do not think there are so many of us who are able to run naked as the group is for both naked and clothed runners.

I participated in the Bare Dare 5k last Sunday at Caliente Resort near Tampa. They had a nice crowd. The course wound through the resort grounds. The entry fee covered a tee shirt, refreshments following the race and a waiver of the resort daily fee. You were able to use the pool and facilities for the entire day. Overall, I have a great time. Running conditions were tough for me, mid 70's with very high humidity. I would love to do it again.

RE: Bare Dare 5K

Bluebonnet Resort in Decatur TX will be hosting their Bare as You Dare 5K this weekend, Oct, 6. Was planning on making the trip, but those plans got canceled by my grandsons birthday party. Maybe next year I'll be able to actually take part in the series.

sounds like perfect conditions...for nude run. That one extra layer of clothing makes it so much more difficult with high humidity.

I find it hilarious that a nude 5k race includes a t-shirt.I entered the Bluebonnet Bare-as-You-Dare 5K run several years ago and received a T-shirt. The following year they decided it was more appropriate to give us each a towel with the race logo. Now they've gone back to giving out T-shirts because that is apparently what the participants prefer.
