  • Some problems, and a lack of concern for customers...

    I went back to LdS last weekend, and my stay wasn't as pleasant as it was formerly. For one thing, the resort is severely understaffed, which means that normal maintenance isn't carried out. Restrooms ran out of toilet paper at the main pool, the drain at the outdoor showers at the White House was clogged, food service at the restaurant was poor (an hour wait for a take-out order, a half-hour wait for breakfast service to be started), and the hot tub in the main pool area out of service. I was willing to put up with these and other inconveniences since I understood their staffing problems. Whe…

  • Mostly back at full services

    Update. When I went there for two days last weekend, the resort was pretty much open. The only area that wasn't was the restaurant, which hadn't been able to replace the staff they lost when the pandemic hit. So they were serving hot dogs and hamburgers on the restaurant's patio, and had a couple of bars that served beverages. But the gym and all the pools were open, and kayaks and paddleboats were at the disposal of the guests. Attendance was strong, and there were a lot of reunions of old friends.

    Every time I go I meet nice people. The pools (and there are several are all nice and kept in good repair. The folks in the bar are awesome (try their mudslide) and the walking is easy and plentiful. The Consumes river is awesome option to. Hit it at the right time (to early and its swift water for experienced swimmers, maybe, and hit it to late and it to slow) . I've made a cool loop of all the pools and it includes the river. So much more to do than i have listed.

  • Third visit over the 4th weekend

    Just got home from four great days at Laguna, this was the first resort I stayed at and just gets better. The staff are great, after hours arrival was easy and love camping around the lake. I even saw some friends I made last year. Cannot wait to go back

  • Very friendly place

    This was the first resort I have been to and I loved it there and can’t wait to go back. Everyone who was there was very nice and approachable and the overall setup of the resort was great too. I definitely can’t wait until I get another chance to go back!

    الإيجابيات: Friendly people, several of pools and hot tubs to choose from, mini lagoon to swim and kayak in, decent restaurants and fun bar night life.

    السلبيات: It was just unfortunate timing due to the California drought, but they had treated the lagoon a few days before we showed up to keep a bad algae down and it killed all the fish in the lagoon giving our camp site a dead fish smell when the breeze died down

  • As harsh of a review as I can make it

    I have only been to one other resort before this one, and I`m impressed with the surprised freedom people have at Laguna. I was surprised and happy that I could bring my iphone/tablet with me where ever I went for things like checking emails and doing homework (college student). All I had to do was put a sticker on my camera. I also brought a non-nudist friend with me and I wasn`t sure how he would react to the lifestyle. Laguna was great for him. He took his clothes off and had a wonderful and relaxing time. I`m still trying to convert him but he already wants to come back with me. I gave thi…

    This was my first experience at social nudism and "WOW!" immediately came to mind! After some confusion with my rental coming down from Portland, OR to visit my dad in southern CA, I was excited to stop here, and SO glad I returned for one more night stay on the way back home! I couldn`t say enough good things about this place--the staff, the residents ( who actually wave and say hi to you! ), other guests, were all very welcoming and friendly to talk to! The restaurant serves great, filling food. The grounds are well-kept, well-maintained, and the facility is almost spotless clean!…

    This is with out a dought one of the best places I have visited! The staff are helpful & courtious. This place has all the amenities anyone could want. The restaurant has great food & wonderful service. Hoping to be back there soon.

  • Second visit

    This was my second time visiting Laguna del Sol, i really like the place, it has a great large pool area and this weekend they had a live band too in the pool area. First time went with some friends (a couple), kinda felt out of place being by my self, just need to find some folks who also want to go. Lots and lots of nude people, it felt great to fit in.

    I was a bit nervous since this was my first visit to a resort this big and only my second visit to a resort. It was wonderful. Great facilities and a very nice crowd.

    I went to laguna del sol for the tour and enjoyed it so much I returned later that day and stayed for the day. I will return and stay the weekend.
