  • Australia's most beautiful nudie beach

Easy to find, secluded and scenic! I've been to several nudists beaches around Aussie and this IS the most beautiful!! Crystal clear water in a sheltered bay, perfect for swimming. Surrounded by stunning huge boulders and fir trees. Really has that "paradise" feel.

    Pros: Everything!!

Cons: No amentities and the hike in/out... mainly back up that hill... hahaha... bit of a goat trail and not for the faint hearted. And it's in QLD, so not legally designated as a nudist beach.

Hard to fault. Idyllic location, crystal clear warm water full of fish, warm white sands. Friendly people but never crowded if you like your own company. A day at Balding Bay is a day recharging batteries a million mile away from the world and it's stresses.

Cons: Bit of a hike, especially on a hot day. Steep track full of rocks. Take plenty of water and maybe even your own shade protection. But the compulsory exercise if a great trade off for a brilliant day. There are snakes on the trail so perhaps keep your e

  • Great for swimming and relaxing.

This is my all time favourite place to be nude outdoors and swim. The beach is a relatively hard but short walk up over the ridge at the Eastern end of Horseshoe Bay beach. There are 300 steps along the trail so my OCD mate reckons. There are flatter parts between these so take your time and enjoy the island bush and scenery. Do carry ample water as there is none at the beach. There is a pan toilet, but take your own loo paper if it is required and hand sanitiser. The trail ends on the Western (Horseshoe Bay side) end of the beach near the dunny. Once there, if there are clothed bathers or vis…

Pros: Swimming, nudism, beauty, wildlife, firm sand to walk on or build sandcastles, boulders to explore, seashells, water clarity, short distance. Family friendly for naturist families. Rarely have perves and “odd” people there.

Cons: Short but hard walk; little shade; no fresh water; not recognised as a naturist beach officially.

This beach is just a dream. Beautiful weather and a great sandy area. Great water to paddle or swim in and the walk in is not too strenuous. I could have stayed here forever.

    Pros: Everything

Cons: It is too far away from where I live

Magnetic Island is one of Queenslands best kept secrets. Numerous secluded beaches. Perfect climate almost year round. They do have a stinger season so check conditions. Balding Bay is simply one of the most spectacular places you can find. Crystal clear warm water, clean sand, warm weather and a sparsely populated beach. THIS IS A BUCKET LIST DESTINATION FOR NUDISTS!! Check my profile for some pics or message me for other pictures of Magnetic Island in general. I could retire there and just see out my days nude on those beaches.

Pros: Secluded. Sheltered. Warm water. Spectacular rock formations.

Cons: The walk in is quite a haul. Genuine goat track / rock hopping for about an hour each way. I would recommend getting a local to run you around the point by boat from Horseshoe Bay and arranging a pick up time before dark.

This is an absolutely great spot. I have been coming here for many years now. I have only walked into this bay once and it is a decent sort of a walk. It is either going up or down with only a very short section of level walking. Luckily I enjoy sailing and this is my preferred way of getting there. I can be naked almost as soon as I leave the marina in Townsville and it takes roughly and hour and a half to sail each way. The benefit of coming by boat (other than not having to walk) is that you can bring everything you need with you and not have to carry it over the track. It also means you ca…

Pros: Lovely spot. As good as the Whitsundays. Not a lot of people, particularly in mid week periods. Very protected from the elements.

Cons: Apart from the walk in, none.

Would have to be the most physically stunning nudist beach I`ve ever seen, let alone been too. It`s an arduous hike. Not for the faint hearted or those not use to rugged hiking. The trek up the hill from Horseshoe Bay is steady and a proper hiking trial, however the trek from the turn off at the sign post is more a rugged goat trial down some steep and rocky terrain. BUT all this said... it`s well worth it!! Even if you only ever visit the once, you won`t regret it :D

    Pros: stunning peaceful location

    Cons: Long... hard hike
