Not wanting my children to go into the foster system, I accepted the deal. I spent 5 years in prison as a sex offender for living the nudist lifestyle in the privacy of my own home (there are not and clubs in Kentucky). I am still fighting my case in the appeals court, but I am doing it all on my own and I have no legal experience except what I have had to learn to make it this far. I just filed my final reply brief, but it looks like I am getting steam rolled again.
