Jan 14, 2016Mine would be Gardale Scar to Mallham in the Yorkshire Dales, weather permitting. I have attempted it but there were too many other hikers around. I've had lovely nude hikes in Snowdonia, Wales; the Siers D Irta, Spain; clifftops in Portugal (where the group photo was taken); and especially the Austrian Alps. There are lots of other places I might add - anywhere quiet with stunning scenery.تفاعلرد - AL

[/quote]My dream would be to take my walks around the neighborhood nude, and use the treadmill at the gym nude when weather doesn't allow outdoor nudity. I know it sounds boring but the thought of hiding my house key and then taking off for a walk or jog without dressing is so appealing.
Of course freehiking in any of our National Parks, Seashores, etc is outstanding (but they're just so far away!).
BTW, Noodengr2, I saw your retirement post on another forum but wasn't allowed to join that for some reason so: Congrats! and keep us posted on your new adventures, which I'm sure will include some naked ones. You must be really proud to have cultivated work friendships so that they honored you by dressing up like your 2nd favorite clothes. I guess it was too much to ask that they dress in your #1 favorite garb (but wouldn't that have been fun!!!).تفاعلرد - NK

Feb 2, 2016Many places but I would especially love to hike Mount Washington in the White Mountains of New Hampshire nude. I have hiked it clothed several times. Also, the White Mountains has a system of overnight "huts" designed so hikers can hike with no camping or overnight bedding. For the price of a hotel you can schedule a stay, arrive to have a hot dinner, a blanket, outdoor composting toilet and a hearty breakfast then be on your way. You only have to carry your lunch. To do a long hike and stay at a couple of the hut and do it all nude would be ideal. I saw an article in National Geographic from the 1960s that showed the hut workers slit their shorts all the way so they had complete freedom of movement as they hike up and down multiple times carrying heavy packs. Nude would be so much better and more enjoyable!

Feb 9, 2016I would definitely do it in town , walking everywhere naked , knowing I could . And being able to do it at the state park I go to . To be able to walk from the parking lot to the beach naked , and be able to enjoy the beach naked without caring if someone saw me . That would be nice .تفاعلرد - CL

I agree with you about the White's, but shoe would be necessary. the rocks would cut your feet in a heartbeat. The high huts would be fun, co-ed sleeping is normal. Could you imagine riding the cog naked? Covered in soot, lol.تفاعلرد - OLJan 26, 2018
Actually there is no penalty for hiking naked in the countryside in Austria and in a few other European countries. It is like being one with nature, and liberating, when hiking naked through unspoilt countryside. I've done it in the Austrian Alps for the last few years with a group of 30 to 50 naked hikers. Modesty is required when hiking through villages and on well used roads but our routes avoided them.

Jan 28, 2018I would love it if the local state parks were more nude friendly. Especially the campgrounds. Most of the state park campgrounds are very nice facilities, would be fantastic if there were areas where one could camp naked and experience nature as it was intended to be experienced!

As well as there being no penalty, either socially or legally, there would have to be a way to control the midges, but I would love to walk the West highlands of Scotland.
I know you can do that, and there are places for doing it, but for me you would have to get rid of the midges and horse flies first

Feb 14, 2018Actually a beautiful place I have hiked nude does not have a penalty and the entire surrounding area is clothing optional per the forest service. It is Deep Creek Hot Springs near Hesperia, Calif. USA. There are several ways in and for the first timer the Bowen Ranch is probably the best. five dollars per person per day and ten to camp. The owner can be a pain I've heard if people arrive late or leave late and don't pay for camping so after 7 or 8AM arrival and leaving by 5 or 6 PM in the evening should avoid any issues. I've never had any problems.
The ranch which is VERY rustic is also clothing optional. I have driven in the last few miles on the dirt road from the pavement nude as well. The hike to the springs is a couple of miles and easy downhill which means hiking out especially the first part is pretty intense until the first ridge is crested and then a small incline most of the way out.
The springs themselves are and eden of their own with several soaking pools to choose from. You can hike nude along the creek in both directions for more exploration of swimming holes or just hang out nude at the springs and feel the vibe.
All regular desert hiking precautions should be taken and mid week is the best time as the weekends can get a more party atmosphere with textiles taking over and trashing the place. Not always yet a times.

Feb 19, 2018To be honest I hike nude here and there alresdy when I can... Spain, U.S., Canada, Croatia. Short jaunts. My dream would be to hike the Rockies in BC with a group of nudists over several days. Different terrains and challenges and lots of fun and fresh air.

Feb 24, 2018I have seen some very beautiful places. A warm day at any of them would be nice without the covering. But i dont have favorites. And most of them are too well visited anyway. But i have a 5 mile hike i always do naked. Past a few waterfalls, and over a mountain, its not ideal, plenty of briars along the way to work through and around. But its always nice to hike it, and it ends in my nude garden.

Mar 11, 2018The entire Pacific Crest Trail would be fun to hike nude. Some hikers do partake in Hike Naked Day on June 21st though. As for a National Park, I think Crater Lake and Yosemite would be amazing.

The Austrian Alps are brilliant in the summer. And it's not illegal to hike naked there - away from main roads and villages.
I was hiking naked down the west coast of Fuerteventura. It is very barren landscape but there were lots of birds. I wondered what they lived on. Insects maybe but what do they live on? Then I followed a semi-dry valley down to the sea. My naked bottom became the bottom of the food chain, feasted on by the insects.
