  I have been on here a long time and the growth of fakes has been exponential. Its such a pain and its a reason I dont use this site as often as I did. I have a lifetime membership purchased many years ago so I check in periodically hoping the owners clean it up and put more safeguards in place. I have found other sites do a better job providing guardrails to prevent scammers and fakes (e.g. nonshy).

No, but it will significantly reduce it. The owners are more concerned with number of accounts than they are with number of legitimate accounts. They also need to restore moderators ability to delete the spam and put in a method for a member to take control of a group/forum when the owner goes missing for more than a month. Point one has me confused. Group moderators can delete spam. Several moderators, including myself, do it regularly.

About the same time the "Edit" button disappeared on posts. Perhaps it has been restored. I don't moderate any groups, but have asked TT2 to take over some abandoned ones. As usual, crickets.   It’s not just this particular profile creator that makes me want to retch; the people behind these things just keep getting dumber and more idiotic. 
  What does this person—or their content—have to do with nudism or a naturalistic lifestyle? The exact same photo, used under two different identities, all within the span of a single week.
  
  What’s particularly insidious is that this user’s "score" starts off higher than that of a brand-new, legitimate profile—even one with more detailed information from a European user. And what’s worse, so many fools actually fall for it and even "like" this garbage.
  
  The website’s recent rollout has been an absolute disaster, opening the floodgates to a new wave of fake users who have nothing to do with the nudist lifestyle. Not to mention the complete mess they’ve made of the messaging system, the chat, and the feed.
