I would suspect that most of the men seen in porn have to conform to somebody's idea of the perfect penis, just as women have to conform to some concept of a perfect breast. I would take that as another example of how real people's bodies differ markedly from what you see in porn (or in most other media as well).
The truth is that there's a huge variety of shape and size in penises, both erect and flaccid, and it's nothing to worry about unless it affects your sex life. In other words, whatever you've got is fine.
