I have been sleeping nude for about 30 years I could never go back to wearing something. Feel free and min restricted for rolling over and being cooler.

I didn't sleep nude on a regular basis until I was 36, after many years of gradually wearing less and less in bed starting at 16.
Wish now that I had abandoned all nightwear at 22 when I moved out and got married.

Feels like underwear squeeze my balls all day long. So sleeping naked gives them a breather.

When you get older youll probably need the underwear to hold the incontinence pads in place.

I fall asleep on the couch nude fairly often, but when I actually go to bed I sleep better with underwear on (nothing more though as I tend to move a lot in my sleep and get all twisted up if I wear a t-shirt or pants to sleep). Doesn't seem to make any difference on the type of underwear though whether it is briefs, boxer briefs, or boxers.

I've mentioned elsewhere that trying to sleep in clothes feels like torture to me like being trapped in some restless purgatory all night. My journey toward sleeping nude started early. I still remember that first perceived forbidden thrill of wriggling out of my pajamas beneath the blankets, feeling the cool sheets against my skin. Years later, I compromised with just underwear, but even that elastic band digging into my waist felt wrong a constant reminder of confinement. I'd watch TV shows where characters would react with scandalized gasps at the mention of sleeping naked, and I'd sit there genuinely puzzled. What exactly was the problem? Now, the greatest pleasure of my mornings is that first stretch upon waking nude skin breathing freely, followed by coffee in my natural state, comfortable in my own body. Sleeping nude is one of the easiest gateways into nudism just slip between your sheets without pajamas and feel that first delicious sensation of cool cotton against bare skin, the absence of twisted fabric or constricting elastic bands, the gentle weight of a blanket directly against your shoulders and legs, allowing your body to breathe and move naturally through the night. Nothing compares to that unencumbered sleep.

I have to disagree with NUDE MONSTER here. I quit wearing undies in my twenties and found that my balls sack grew increasingly tighter and higher as time went on. The human body naturally adapts over time. Much like women and bras. Not wearing a bra causes their muscles to firm up and hold their breasts properly without the crutch. Granted, some men genetically just have super low hangers, but in general.

This nudist stopped wearing PJs to bed at least 20 years ago. And I do not miss them at all. Even after a harsh winter like the one we're finishing up here in N.J.

Have to agree with Born-naked. For my part, stopped wearing underwear in my 40s (about 15 years ago), and I don't hang lower than I used to. As per the original topic, can't stand wearing anything in bed. Started sleeping naked around 14 and never looked back. It felt much more comfortable from night one!

I started sleeping nude around age 12 as we had moved to south Florida from the north and although we had ac it was never turned on except when the fogging for bugs drove through the neighborhood . I'm still not a fan of ac nor heat so in winter I do sleep in a tee shirt but as I roll around while sleeping it seems to roll so soon back to nude sleeping and in house being nude .

Born and Ktown brought up an interesting point. Stopped wearing underwear about 2-3 years ago. At first, my hang got a lot better. My penis looked fuller and healthier than before, which is why I did commit to going commando and threw out all of my tighty whities. Shriveled back up come winter, but figured it was just the cold weather. Yet even in sweaty ball summer, I've retained that shrunken acorn look. Figured I'm just meant to be a tiny guy. Glad it ain't only me.

Pretty much slept naked all my life only if on holiday with someone else id wear underwear. The main thing for me is I radiate heat so with pj's on i'd be much to hot so the person who says clean sheets more i disagree the have a shower or at least a wash before bed. with clothes on sweat much more especially in the summer

I have slept naked since my late teens and started going commando several years ago. I have really not noticed any difference in my hang, but I have noticed a lot of difference in comfort. I don't even own any PJ's anymore. When we are visiting friends, I always have something to wear when we are sitting around the house, but I always take it off when I go to bed. I don't think I could even get to sleep anymore if I had to wear something in bed. Going commando has eliminated a lot of pinching and irritation that underwear used to do, but the only time it really seems to have any effect on my hang is when I am walking and wearing loose shorts. Then I can feel everything swinging just like it does when I walk naked. Much nicer!

I thought I was the only one who did this. As a boy, I loved to take my pajamas off under the covers, feeling the cool sheets on my bare skin with no elastic bands or buttons pressing in on me. It felt like a little bit naughty thrill, but I could not have explained why. I was nowhere near puberty. I was worried about what my parents would say if they had caught me. I always sleep naked now. I'm allowed to be comfortable in my own skin.
