Jul 21, 2011I enjoy working out and exercising in the buff. It's great! Depending on my workout just need a towel and shoes! Any other workout fans out there???

Dec 19, 2013Lifted weights this morning in my basement gym, naked of course. Its winter now so weights workouts are at least twice per week. Much more comfortable doing it nude.
ReagierenAntworten - MIMitgliedDec 20, 2013Its a shame that more gyms don't run special sessions for nudists, much like there are nude swims at some pools. Gyms might find this could work well to attract new custom, especially in areas with nearby popular nudist venues.
There's no point in getting dressed to exercise so when I work out at home its always done nude, just as anything else is. I might do it on my own, or sometimes with my partner, its definitely more fun with her though. It also feels so right for us to do it nude.ReagierenAntworten - SI

Jun 8, 2014I used to work out nude using a Wii Fit board, I had given up smoking, and had put on a few extra pounds.
It was a fun way to lose them again.

Apr 10, 2015yes working out nude is great! I've built a 3000sq ft. courtyard with 7ft walls in back of my house just for this purpose. I have to get some more workout equipment but I have enough simple stuff right now to get started. I use my total gym a lot and mostly dumbbells.ReagierenAntworten - GL

Feb 8, 2022I am so fortunate in this regard. I used to workout nude every Sunday morning at the Club Fort Lauderdale. Took a bit of a hiatus for medical reasons, but am getting back at it. Something about working out nude gives me more energy and I get a much better workout in. I like it when I am being watched which happens a lot more than at LA Fitness where I am clothed. I absolutely love it when guys sneak pics of me working out nude although they don't have to sneak. I love being photographed nude and everyone has my permission to do so.
Amazing thing is I have only done a nude workout with 3 guys from this site. Everyone says they want to workout nude, but when it comes to actually doing it, they always have an excuse.ReagierenAntworten - MI

Unfortunately, by the time I joined, only the wet areas (pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath) were clothing-optional. I'm 99% certain that if a men's gym opened up in this area (Springfield MO) that was clothing-optional throughout, that it would be immediately considered to be a gay gym. My only issue with that (if I owned the gym) is that straight men would not join and that would greatly reduce membership. Most were ones I heard about rather than actually used. The only two I actually used were both attached to hotels. One of them had separate workout areas for men and women and nudity was common in the men's workout and lounge area. However the pool was coed so the one exercise you couldn't do nude was swim. I also visited a male only gym where I lived that I was considered joining. All of the patrons in the pool were nude, as were most on the sundeck and at least some everywhere. However, it turned out to be an intense weightlifting/bodybuilding facility so I didn't join.ReagierenAntworten

I think, from there, you could use change agents -- something I leaned in business school. Have the locker room area not be entirely closed from the rest of the gym. Have a few guys, not a lot, who freely move about the locker room area in the nude. Stand around and talk with each other, shave, shower, swim, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, scale, urinal, all fully nude. Visit the private side of the front desk in the nude. Make a quick trip back into the gym without getting dressed. The outdoor lounge would be off the pool area, don't bother getting dressed to go sun for a while. If it were done slowly, I think guys would become accustomed to it and more would join in.ReagierenAntworten

Feb 9, 2022Would love to find a gym where they allow you to be completely nude during workouts. I find its more effective than wearing clothes comparing by the nude garage workouts i do at home.
