Real Estate Interest - Lutz, FL (Nudist Community)

I am interested in getting a condo in one of the nudist resorts in or around Lutz, FL. I just want something small, maybe 1 or 2 bedrooms with an attached 1 car garage. I thought that a condo would be perfect since I would only use it a handful of times a year, but do not want to rent it out or anything when I am not in Florida. Does anyone know where I should start looking? Any good real estate agents or sites that deal specifically with a nudist community. I prefer to be in a nudist community, not a clothing "optional" community. I want to be able to walk outside in the nude, go for a run in the nude, etc. Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

For some reason with the https:// the link doesn't seem to work. If you just put in skiptheoutfit.com it'll go through

The site always adds a s the the" http" making it a https:// so if you delete the s it should work.
Don't know why, maybe a computer wiz could explain it better.

I have actually sent Jackie's site several emails expressing interest in learning more about available properties in the nudist communities, but nobody ever gets back with me.... I wonder if anyone actually checks that site OR if it is even real? I know that she had a TV show, Buying Naked; so maybe she isn't even a real estate agent AND maybe the whole site is FAKE.... I don't know. All I know is that after several attempts, I have never been contacted or anything.

Be wary of HOA fees. I've looked into this a few times, and the HOA fees can be high, especially for a place your not going to live in full time. It may be cheaper in the long run to just rent a place on the grounds for the duration of your stay.
