Pics are an adult star named "GND Kayla" or "Camerella Cams"... she's on IG, TikTok, X, etc. Plus loads of free pics and videos of her all over the internet. He profile photo is clearly a still pulled from one of those vids.

While you're not wrong, that very fact demonstrates the complete disconnect between standards and enforcement. In the chatroom, for example, I have seen people regularly get booted/banned for posting a pic of their significant other. Mods will straight up state "if it's not you, you can't post it".

Her pics are ALL over the internet... escort sites, numerous X profiles, random porn sites, etc etc. The individual is an OF creator named "Nita Marie" and according to her own content, she's from Colorado and lives there. Not Ohio, not Toronto.
