Good advice, There is no many posts about being nude in your balcony, in the balcony of your air bnb, of the hotel for your business trip, on the cruise ship, etc, etc, etc.

We don't have a balcony, but we do have a deck on the back of our house. Our neighbors on either side are at the same height, so they can see onto our deck from their decks. The houses behind ours are slightly higher up than ours, but the leaves on our trees do help block their view some.I ended up buying cardboard room dividers and just put them around the deck to block the view. See the picture for an idea of what we did.

It looks like a beautiful area but the card board honestly ruins such a lovely garden.

It works. Have you though about curtain type material hung like curtains? Or some potted plants mixed in?

We have. This is what we want to eventually get to, once our test planters with 4"x4" beams have shown themselves to last through the winter:

Depending on where you're located... be careful, some areas have very strict exposure laws. Here's a November 2019 case where a pilot was charged for being nude in his hotel room with the curtains open. The case was dismissed, but still his room was raised by police. He was getting changed after a shower and took a phone call. He wasn't aware that ppl could see into his 10th Floor room.

Aw, that's unfortunate.

No-brainer. There are great mesh products that will block the view of you, if attached around the railing, but allow you to see through. Don't like mesh? Go to a home improvement store, go to the bathroom or window section. There will be full sheets of frosted plastic. Measure your railing all the way around ahead of time. Places like Home Depot will cut it to size. Now, drill small holes all around the outside edges, buy some zip ties and zip tie it to your railing. Now you have a private oasis and nobody's the wiser

Staying Myrtle beach in a hotel suite on the 18th floor with a private balcony.
Should I:
Wear a moderately brief suit?
Wear a suit I have when family members who don't want to see me nude but I have never worn in public?
Assume no one would notice from 18 floors below and stay nude?
