How about a filter that
Flags all the posts in the groups that are pathetic attempts to get guys to contact the fake profile?
Seems pretty simple to do. A few key words at the beginning of the post should be flagable and then automatically deleted.

It would be easier just to make new accounts read only until paid and/or certified. That would eliminate 99% of the issues.
Also need to delete inactive accounts that are not paid. I would start at 1 year with no logins.
