My company provides uniform and they require underwear. That is the only time I wear any.
I have had doctors tell me to strip to my underwear and I tell them I don't wear any. It has only bee an issue once. The male nurse told me to keep my shorts on, but when the doctor came in, she had me take them off. Wasn't a problem for me and she said I must be a nudist cause there was no tan line. I said I was and she examined me. The male nurse kept trying to not look.
I go commando lots of times in the summer, especially when wearing shorts. And once in a while under pants, whether out around town or at work. But I also often wear underwear. I wear all types, boxers, briefs, boxer briefs and jockstraps. Sometimes I like the feeling of my balls being held, sometimes swinging free, depending on the mood. I always sleep naked. In fact I can't sleep unless I am naked. I started doing it once in a while as a boy by
slipping my pj's off under the covers. Then I began always sleeping
naked my freshman year at college when my roommate and I both decided to do it. There's no other way to sleep.
