I have yet to find how little I can get away with in public while wearing my Brazilian micro thong string bikini when I was out shopping.

Found a YouTube channel that focuses on the mayhem at a few popular boat ramps in the Miami area. Thongs and even the occasional string feature on many women, but the guys seem to universally be in long shorts. Definitely be more equality, guys! :-)

I agree! Miami Beach is one of the few places where you can find men in swim briefs. I would have expected to see some at the marina.
Strangely enough, another place where some men wear swim briefs is Disney World. Probably because it draws European and Latin American tourists.

Also on those Miami boat ramp videos, some of the women put their shorts on as they approach the pier, some on the pier, while some just saunter straight across to the carpark.

There's sheer and there's sheer. Some are subtle enough that a good look is required to realise while some hide nothing. I've never dared to test whether the more-sheer types count as coverage in the eyes of the law.
