Running Nudists
A group for those of us who think running is a nice way to exercise. Do not think there are so many of us who are able to run naked as the group is for both naked and clothed runners.

Any Florida nude runners?
Return to DiscussionsI'm lucky enough to have a nude beach nearby, and I do yoga and run nude when I can. I also occasionally run nude through some forests and parks in N Central Florida. Would love to find running partners who would be willing to join me. I'm 56, and haven't been running all that long. My pace is about 11 mins/mile over 3 miles, occasionally farther. Happy to share some of the spots I know with someone who won't cause problems down the road. Drop me a line!
I love running nude. Ran a 5k at Bell Acres in GA last summer, and have a trail in the GA mountains where i run nude once a year. Last Friday I managed to get in about 3 miles at Playalinda, nude for part of it, but had to pull on shorts to get in a long enough run. I'd love to hear about places here in FL to run nude if you will share.
I run on Blind Creek beach, which is about 1.5 miles, so a round trip is 5K. That's near Ft. Pierce. Also up in the Ocala National Forest, where there are hundreds of miles of trails and forest roads. I start super early in the forest to avoid confrontation.
I backpack naked in the Ocala Forest. I avoid the crowds by only backpacking in warm weather (may - sep). All my backpacking is naked. The few people I have encountered in Ocala Forest have taken my nudity in stride.
I have also geocached naked in the Ocala Forest, but never gone running there.
Had a great run at Playalinda this morning. Ran a little over 3 miles round trip north into the backcountry with nothing but my shades, watch, and phone. It feels so amazing to be outside nude, so far removed from any way to cover, and have absolutely no worries about that!
