Jan 8, 2021I guess someone I friend led me to this thread. I'm glad to see that there are a bunch of folks who wouldnot hide their eyes when I show up at the YMCA.
I will wear my usual swimwear (brief-style suit) when I get back to pool swimming this month, after many months away due to Covid19 restrictions. I noticed that I am thicker because I just quit exercising but maintained my robust appetite.
The main reason to wear a brief style suit to swim is that it's way more practical than baggy shorts (no drag, dries fast, easier leg movement). I don't think of it as showing off., but I am usually the only guy in Spandex. So do it anyway but can't deny that I am a little more self-conscious, this thread is a little reassuring.

Feb 11, 2021me a little thinner , i've wore speedos-bikini's since i was a kid . got a lot of teasing even living in south florida and never understood as they are way more comfortable other than being nude.

Feb 27, 2021Growing up as a nudist, we obviously went to nude beaches and resorts.. but sometimes we would visit textile beaches and pools. Speedo style swim suits was all that I wore, even today thats all I own. I find them comfortable and the closest thing to being nude.

Apr 15, 2021When I cannot be nude and I'm not at home, I wear t-shirt and shorts.
I don't particularly care for my big belly but it doesn't prevent me from being nude when that's a possibility.
Nonetheless, if I'm at home and there's some valid reason for wearing clothing, I just wear shorts.

May 1, 2021I love wearing them. Many years ago I cut mine down so the top was as low as was publicly decent. No such mini briefs in those days. Did i set a trend?

One of the reasons I'm a nudist is that I am very tactile. I don't wear any jewelry of any sort because I don't like how it feels. When I have to wear clothing, I prefer items that are loose and baggy. Thus, small, tight-fitting swimwear is totally out -- not because of the look, but because of the feel.
In fact, I'm giving serious thought two switching from pants to skirts to reduce the amount of skin contact.

Jun 2, 2021Love the look of any swimsuit without any excess fabric, so the standard speedo is more towards the conservative end of what I choose for the beach.
Any excess in my figure is yet to change that. If anything, the fit is more snug!

i regret throw away a lot of speedos/bikinis i have had over the years many i wonder how i ever fitted in but i've worn them since i was a kid. some were very skimpy - t-back, thongs, and the pretty transparent ones.

i was up to 270# now at 240# time to pull out the speedo for spring when i go to the lake maybe the beach - i prefer the nude beach when i go to florida, i have four speedo my favorite is a adjustable string bikini where i can adjust the front and rear panel , i have a black nylon bikini when wet it's very reveling of the lines , still have my yellow thong which is pictured in my profile picture and a sky blue bikini . i'd like to get another thong i'm not much into the string up my crack lol but they are great for tanning the bottom when unable to be nude.
