Hi my nudist friends. I’ve decided to renew my exercise routine for toning and carving my muscles. What better way to show off all ur sacrifices you’ve been making to keep ur body healthy. I’m 66 and struggling with weight gains in the winter when r nudist activities r restricted to indoors up north in Canada.
