RE: Driving in the Nude

Has anyone driven a vehicle in the Nude, how far did you drive, was it daylight or nighttime. etc.I went camping in a state park near a lake one time. It was in October and there was no one around, so I camped nude. I decided it would be fun to drive nude, so brought my swimsuit and t-shirt, and drove nude all around the park which had several different camping areas. It was a real nice evening, so I had the car windows down. Never saw a soul.

Did it once about 20 years ago in Northern Wisconsin. Really don't remember much other than it was at night and I slipped my clothes off while driving. Went through all three towns without covering and once home, walked from the garage to the house with my clothes in my arms. I have also driven back from my favorite Lake Superior Beach a few times while nude, but that too was a long time ago. Really don't have the urge to do it again.

I have another time. I decided to go fishing and prepped my car and was about to go. It was 4 am and I was going to put my clothes on. It was warm and all of a sudden, I decided to put my clothes and sandals on the seat and go. When I arrived at the lake, no one was around at all. The lake was surrounded by woods. I just stayed nude. I heard some noises, but they just passed by in their cars. People were going to other lakes nearby. On the way home, traffic was getting heavier. I was so nervous but I was nude all day and why should I get dress now? I'd survived.
Did you catch any fish?

Warm weather is here at last! Going for a drive tonight. Wish I could go without even taking clothes. Somehow, it feels a bit less naked having to take them along. Still, I don't think I'll ever take that chance. It seems a bit reckless. Has anyone here ever driven without taking clothes?

Always like a long drive in the nude - last time was over Xmas, 2 hours back from visiting friends. Was middle of the evening really - from about 7.30. Very enjoyable.

I've been addicted to naked night driving for a few months. A few days ago I worked up the courage to go totally nude during the day. Wow! That was fun! I have a new addiction.

We attended a sports event for one of our grandkids about an hour and 15 mins away. I drove there dressed. After the event was over, we stopped at a place to do some shopping and I was kinda dragging through the last couple of aisles. My wife says to me ... "you'll feel better once we're in the car and you take your clothes off for the drive home." She was right! :D

We have drove naked before but a very limited amount of times. This state has little leniency. What I see in the news people got caught were arrested for either Indecent Exposure or disorderly conduct. Indecent Exposure conviction will land one on the predators list.

I think it all depends on how you drive naked ... let me explain
further.

It seems that some think that those that drive naked, do so,
without any precautions should you get stopped by law enforcement.
Not sure how it works in other states but here in CA, a cop stops
your vehicle, he/she sits in their car for about a minute or so
before exiting. They typically run your plates and look for any
outstanding warrants. They call in the stop to their dispatch to
let them know they have made a traffic stop so their unit is
temporarily out of service for any other calls.
This leaves one enough time to slip on a pair of shorts or ... in
my case, wrap the towel I'm sitting on, around me. If asked why I'm
only wearing a towel ... easy answer ... "just left a friends home
after being in the hot tub. Is that why you stopped me?" Maybe I'm
just more ballsy and will not be intimidated by law enforcement. I
have much history with working with cops and know that you can be
polite but not afraid of them or question them. I have
afirefighter license plate. They usually ask for my ID
and badge. Notboasting but ... I haven't had a ticket
in decades.1) because I obey traffic laws, 2) I'm
givenprofessional courtesy, and most of all ... I've got a
good attitude, even if I don't take any of the crap!
:D

We seem to get away withone illegal infraction more oftenthan in other
states. There is a "tint" infraction that most cops just ignore,
unless they stop you for something else and depending on your
attitude. All our vehicles have dark tinted windows. We've tested
the "can you see me naked" situation and we can not see into our
cars because of the tint. I've driven right up and next
to cops in SUV's and I'm in my Jeep and they look over at me and
then back forward. If they sit higher and could see me naked,
I think they'd maybe stop me but I have not been pulled over in
these situations. Still ... I sit on a beach towel. IF
I'm ever in doubt ... I'll just fold the one half of the beach
towel over my lap and all is well. My wife just ensures
her long shirt is closed and covering her lap.

It's all about precautions. Leaving your clothes at home is
not what I would do. I've done that once; not on purpose, and
it was fun and challenging when I needed to stop for fuel in the
middle of the day but something I would not do again.
Driving naked has always been about comfort for me/us ... not about
being seen, not about making a statement, just an extension of our
nudist lifestyle beyond our 4 walls, roof and backyard!
:D
