Balls that was quick. I found her and quickly scrolled thru a couple pages to see if she had been posted here already, then went back to flag her and got a message that I could not do that because the profile did not exist :-0 Hit the refresh button and yep it was gone ;-)

Multiple reason why he is a fake:
1) A PhD in Nuclear Physics is a serious study that requires 6 - 8 years of concentrated study. No real PhD student would ever have the time to spend on line making one post after another.
2) A PhD student would never have the time to travel the world documenting their travels. PhD Nuclear Physics students must be dedicated to their studies and do not have the time or resources to spend traveling around the world 'in their free time' because there is no free time.
3) A serious and mature PhD student would not throw tantrums and bombard TN with multiple posts of the same message over and over again. This is childish and against the TN rules against internet troll attacks.
In short, the profile is a total fake. Comrade Rafael_Latino acts more like the playboy son of a rich Russian Oligarch and he should be assumed to be exactly that.
